i was searching and i saw that the oil drain from the turbo is mainly gravity drained. and since i made my own block fitting the drain hose hangs lower than the block fitting. since it is gravity drained will this cause a problem?

yes, the return will not drain properly...you will have oil backing up in the turbo, and will eventually take out the seals in it
you could try summit. we're not talking about the stock drain right? why dont you just get a shorter hose that does not hang below the drain into the block?
you could probrabley make a smaller hose or tube if you got creative. just about any material out there will handle the temp of that out coming out of there.
we are talking about a -10 an drain fitting not stock. i have the ss oil line, and with the way i made my drain fitting it just makes it too long so it hangs below the drain. so it would cost more to get a new hose than to get a drain fitting. so does summit carry the drain fitting at the block?
