Turbo has bad seals. Where to get parts or reman'd?

I have determined that my smoking problem is due to bad turbo seals.

The O2 sensor was covered in raw unburnt oil.

Anyhoo, where do I find a seal kit or a reman'd turbo? The turbo spools fine and there is very little shaft play, so installing new seals should do the trick.

Any suggestions????

You can find the rebuild kit on Ebay for about 140.00. You can get it rebuilt stock for about 300.00 or an upgrade for 500.00.
