A while back I did the oil pump shim mod. I run about 20 PSI warm and about 70 PSI at WOT. This is the second time I have blown out the turbo oil seals in a 5 month period. (T61 turbo) =( Do they make special oil seals for higher pressure applications? Should I just try and regulate the oil feed into the turbo? It might sound crazy but maybe theres some kinda FPR that would work?

Are you using the correct feed like recommended by the turbo mfg? If not you should start there, because if the turbo has no internal restrictor the line itself is all it has.

Also, make sure that your return is in no way what-so-ever restricted or pressurized, I have seen some be very finiky as to how they are set up even with correctly sized lines.
