Toyota made this ECU for the Turbo A supra. The big differance is that you get rid of the AFM and run a Map sensor for speed density.
If you do go this route make sure you get the TURBO A MAP SENSOR.... not a boost pressure sensor. I have my Turbo A Map sensor on the way as we speak.
The problem I am having right now is that the car yanks Timing at 5k RPM I have tryed just about every map sensor I can get my hands on.... Honda, Toyota, ECT and I have gotten some to work but they make the car run rich as hell... and i can make over 5K RPM but I have to lean into the throttle and not stomp on it...
What I am trying to say is make sure you get the whole Turbo A swap if you do this.
This includes:
ECU
Map Sensor (not Boost pressure Sensor)
Intake air temp sensor
Upper Intake Manifold from Turbo A that has the port for the IAT Sensor
I would suggest that you go with a Map ECU or an Emanage if you want VPC.
But if you choose to go with the turbo A ECU I will be gad to help you out in any way.
