I would like to see some mounting pics . I have already cut the hole in the bumper support and then boxed in the hole . What I need are pics from the back side of the bumper cover . I am having a issue with how to mount it .

My idea is to epoxy six small bolts into the back of the duct itself in the area surronding the inlets. Then drill holes in bumper cover matching the studs. Then use a piece of thin metal to act as a large washer between 10 mil nuts and backside of the bumper cover. Are there any issues with this set up? I would like to be able to remove the duct in case of accident or body kit .

Thank You I will be installing on Thursday Nov 6th so dont respond after

Well that is what I did, epoxy seven small bolts to the back side of my replica duct. If I were to do it over I would find something better(fiberglass it in with a bolt that has a washer welded to the head)

^^^ LoL so is mine.
BTW on the back of 89 bumpers (at least mine) there are lines already in molded into the back of the bumper for where to cut for the duct. I just rad a red marker over them so I could see them better. Good luck

Allow more air to reach the intercooler. Better cooling....

bzzzt, wrong.

On the Turbo A the oil cooler was behind the duct. I'm assuming they also ran a larger intercooler.
