Ok, I went an had my car dynoed a while back. Little did I realize, I had an exhaust leak. This matters because they were using a probe at the end of the exhaust. Car was tuned to 11.9:1 throughout the boost area.

I installed my wideband and bung today(AEM UEGO) and have found that that between 3.5k(full boost) and 5500 my car register's 10.0-10.5's....

I'm fairly sure thats accurate. I always wondered why I had black smoke at what the car was supposed to be tuned to. Seems I found the answer today.

Anyhow, I have a lex and 550's and no boost leaks(all hardpipes, good couplers and clamps, BOV not leaking), and the tuner had to pull 27 % fuel out under boost already to make it what it was. It was running really rich before that. He made 100 extra horsepower over when I got there.

Why is the car running so rich? I've got an emanage blue, and still running AFM on the car. I've got no codes, and the car drives good.

I just can't figure why I've got to pull so much fuel, unless my 550's are a little bigger than I thought or something is wrong with the car.

Any answers?

I'm with MDC, I'd definately drop the fuel pressure a little, that way you won't have to pull as much fuel. Unfortunately you may have to re-tune your settings for idle and cruise.

werd. if you have a walbro, chances are it blew your stock FPR wide open...i've seen that a few times.

if nothing else, back out the stock screw in the lex AFM....get more air in there!

I've got the screw on the lex afm backed ALL THE WAY OUT. It may have blown up my FPR, but wouldn't that make it run lean?

I don't care if these injectors flow more. They are coming out within the month anyhow. 850's are going in thier place. I'm going to be running a quite LARGE turbo very shortly.

First thing is to test your base fp as per TSRM procedures. Set a good base fp, (not that u can w/o an afpr), then pull fuel as needed. Also may wanna ck. timing....
