An upgraded AFM (Lexus V8 AFM, 1UZ-FE engine) and 550cc is a perfect combo for your needs. everything above the 550 will be less easy to tune and complete overkill for the speclist you mentioned.

You won't have the direct need for a piggyback or programmable unit. Maybe an S-AFC but because of the increase in added fuel and unmetered air, the stock ecu will 'think' everything is just fine.
And it is. even without the piggyback.
Set your base pressure without the vacuum hose on to around 38 tot 40 psi and be happy.

So I get the 1uz Afm and run it with the factory ecu? No other software needed? And how much boost could I run with that tuning setup?( just wondering)

Yes you can run the factory ECU.
No software needed.

But if you don't know about this mod I strongly suggest you catch up on your reading on this topic. Search for "riemer mod" , "reg riemer" or "lexriemer" for a lot of info.

The lexafm/550cc combo will raise your fuelcut. You can run 16psi on your stock turbo all day long and not have fuel cut. More than that amount and you'll be pushing just more hot air through the turbo, and not gain any more power.
I don't know the max amount of boost before fuel cut on the lexriemer combo, but some people run up to 20psi and not have fuel cut, but remember that every car is different. Even with the same engine and parts.

Better get the basics ready, so at least retorque your headbolt to about 97NM (metric amount, don't know the US equivalent) to make sure your headgasket doesn't go out on your first full boost run. You can read a lot about this too.

Best to have the block and head resurfaced and use a MLS Head gasket.
People will tell you to user ARP bolts, however you can run the stock toyota bolts without problems, only the toyota bolts are not reuseable once stretched (overtorqued) more than the stock amount. The 97NM is way over that amount. Last time I checked the ARP's are cheaper than toyota bolts too, so maybe better get ARP's.

In general, with a good headgasket, well torqued, with the lexriemer mod, and upped boost to around 14psi (1 bar) you can have a lot of fun for a long time depending on other (future) mods.

Also, please don't forget safety. upgrade your brakes.

walbro 255lph is just re-assurance your getting the fuel you need, supras are 20 years old stock fuel pumps wear out easy. their is a couple other options but this is pretty straight forward, their is also bosch 044 and denso from mk4 as your options but you best research them first I;m not sure if their just drop in.

The Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator you will need if you want to get your fuel pressure to 40. (stock is around 37 well enough for a ct26 turbo) But it's not always a good idea to fuck with it unless you know what your doing or you got a professional to. usually people do if they have a S-AFCII because it acts as a piggyback with a wideband o2 sensor allowing you to tune your car some what. So I would say no to this for now. Just get your car running with the basic mods.

Stock fuel pressure is all that's needed. Spec is 33-40 psi. More doesn't equal better.

Mk4 pump is drop in. There is also the duestchworks pump as well.
