just wondering if anybody on here has tried the treadstone performance cast turbo manifold? if so what do you think of it? how is it holding up? how do they compare to a tubular one?

It's a log style with provision for an external wastegate. I thought it was only available for the 2JZ.
Iv seen it before looks like a exact copy of the hks cast manifold. I installed one on a budies Bimmer, quality looked really good and no problems after 10K
A lot of the BMW guys use Treadstone manifolds. They're pretty good quality. But, for our cars, there are MUCH better options. I wouldn't buy one.
For what it's worth, I picked up a Cartech log style turbo manifold for my e36 M3, and not a week later I hired someone to build me a custom tubular manifold because I despise the whole log style in general.

The reason we asked for a link is because the only ones that show on the Treadstone site are for the 2J engine, not the 7M that comes in our car.MA702Tone;1245844 said:

That looks like a direct clone of the old HKS short runner, and that's a damn fine price for it, too.

picked up an intercooler from them a year ago and it is a top quality piece. I'd expect the same from their manifolds. Lifetime warranty doesn't hurt either.

I just looked at their intercoolers. Very nice features. Bar and plate, even includes an inlet divider to get more air to the top of the intercooler (12" side in, side out model)
Wow, their prices are pretty good. It's too bad that they don't make a manifold for a 2jz-get conversion.
Oh and I think they charge a little too much for the Tial Alpha Series Porsche 996, 993 turbo kit.
