TRD fuel pressure regulator?

My tuner/dyno guy is trying to sell my a TRD FPR that he has laying on his shelf for pretty cheap. Are these any good?

no, its a separate unit with a screw on top. It has a vac reference, 2 in ports(or one in and a gauge) and an out port
