We have a TRD clutch laying around here at work... is it worth it? The COST is about $400 :aigo: I know all other applications out there only cost around $300 at most... so yea...

SO you work at a toyota and this 20 yr old clutch has been lying around all thsi time? That's wicked! Do you have the TRD strut tower bar lying around too by any chance? The one for the mk3> I'll buy it right now if you do :naughty:

Hell even a strut tower bar for a MKIV...

But, to the subject, I have it and it's OK. It grabs nicely for what I had, which was about 300whp. It's also very streetable.

Hahaha... I've always considered TRD USA to be a joke... they've made a few really good applications, but Toyota was grinding them regarding emissions (as was the Federal Emissions people... forgot their name... EPA?)

Older TRD stuff is actually worthwhile from what I've heard so that's why I'm asking. This car is just for street. It's mainly just a restoration project so I can do quick runs once in a while, but still keep it as a daily car. My current daily is a 02 Solara which is fine, but I wanted something "more toyota" hahaha. Of course I was blinded w/ my first car and wanted TRD everything... then I learned about how EVERYTHING is sublet out to other companies (shocks from bilstein, springs from eibach, etc)... plus we've found a few of the companies that make stuff for them, so we're going to start skipping the middleman Toyota =P

I'll check on the bars for the MK3 and MK4. We had a few "PICKUP" parts too hahahaha. We may have those bars in the same area. I know we have a few 4.7L superchargers (full install kits including ECU) and 2 3.4L gen 1 superchargers (gray charger, no install kit!). The TRD catalog shows they still have MK4 parts... so I can cut you guys a decent deal if you REALLY want them.
