Hello guys,are the 88 N/A and turbo manual transmission the same internly?

No the NA uses a W58 and the Turbo has an R154, with the turbo being the tronger of the two.

i have an automatic tranny,in your opinion is not a good idea replace for a manual n/a trany ?

The manual NA tranny is a good transmission but if you plan on making over 300HP later get a turbo tranny.
