Alright i am doing the sogi mod this weekand and everyone says to change the transmission fluid. What should i put in its place? What is the best product to put back in there? Also can i pick it up at any local store?

be sure to change ALL the fluid! I get to replace my tranny because of contaminated fluid!!! replace the filter and the pan gasket as far a fluid,im sure someone will chime in on that

I dont think manual trannys have filters...
Autos are alot more touchy with their fluid and seals and everything else...
I used the weight that the manual told me to use and I just used brand name Vavoline Gear Oil....
