Ive been looking but I cant find a straight answer.....

Are all 1992 NA 5-speed supra's factory equipped with the w-58 5 speed??? I don't have a vin to check against...

Sorry dont know much when it comes to the n/a side of the supra!

Yes. All NA 5 speeds were equipped with the w58, regardless of year.

If yours has an R154 it would be from a swap.

No I just found a nice 92 na for sale and figured I would start to do my home work before calling these people!

So a r154 is in order ...

Depends on what you want to do. The w58 is by no means a bad transmission.
