Trans noise?

Well I finally got my trans back in (R154). When the car is moving it make a "tinging noise". Any ideas? Kind of sounds like a bell.

Does it come and go with acceleration or decceleartion?

As long as the car is moving it is dinging although I noticed that it isn't happening in reverse.

did you put back all the rubber insulation things below the shifter?

Hm, like on the shifter mount itself?
