Tranny sensors and such..

When I put the motor and everything back together it got me thinking about the tranny connectors.. There are 2 and I think one has like 2 wires and one has 3, what the heck do they do? I know one would be the reverse lights but what about the other ones!??

The one furthest back is the speed sensor.

The speedo is controlled by cable so what could the speed sensor possibly do??

speed ensor probably has to do with cruise control... either that or tachometer im not sure

no, tac runs off coil and dis, ABS should have sensors in the wheels?

ABS sytem has sensors on each of the front hubs, and one in the trans (for sensing the rear wheel speed).:biglaugh:
