what is the difference between a A340E and a A341E aside from being for the N/A and the turbo?

The trans for the 7MGE and 7MGTE are both the A340E. There are small differences in the GTE to help it hold the extra torque. The later trans was upgraded again.

The A341 is the V8 trans with a tall first gear. You dont want it.

turbo trans had tougher clutch packs that's all the difference as far as I know.
