wicked, i've been to shannonville 2 times first time was great on the stock 7m with stock turbo and about 300 WHP and 400 tq. However, my car felt like it was a log going in to the corner with no front stabalizer bar (forgot to put it back on) and tokico's wern't hard enough... The next time I went I was with my 1jz and 450 WHP, and well it was fun down the stright but my turbos where too laggy for corners unless i trashed it... Not only that my kevlar clutch suxed the balls and slipped after 5 or 6 laps...

Can't wait to go again this year No more overheating with a PWR rad, oil cooler, HKS hyper maxes, 2jz and 67MM turbo ;) should be much more fun the the last time out.

btw your car sounds like a 1jz!

Cool man looks good, just gotta get that rear planted (although it's fun to step it out)
What's the deal with that track, they'll let you rent it for a few hours? If you do some more and get down to a track South of you (Summit in WV, near DC or VIR in South Va) let me know. Glad to see another member having fun on track, it can be a great car for it.

^yea it was kinda fun gettin the rear out... i need better tires.. but yea they let us rent the track out http://shannonville.com/ click on track rentals. what i like the most about this track is the lake of walls. it is nice and open so if u screw up u won't be killing urself. hows the tracks down south? anything like that? hows the pricing? i would love to go to the track again.

Summit main is like that as is VIR but have lots of elevation change too. There are tire walls but there's run off room before them. I run an auto-x series on a oval speedway and it's walls all around. You really have to have a little more preservation and tune the walls out. Deffinitely don't want to look at them when you do get loose, normally you go right where you're looking.
Most clubs are ~300 for a weekend (with instruction, etc.)

Wow looks like a lot of fun! I've ran Dunnville Autodrome a few times. It's not a bad course, but I feel its too short, and the turns are too tight. I'd like to give one of these larger road courses a shot!

i usually pay 50-75 for the day with toyota nation.

but we got one half track once and one full track.

It was the full for the 1jz.
