I'm not receiving a ticking noise when i turn off my car that the TPS is apparently supposed to make. When i am driving on the street if i let go of the pedal fast, my rpm's drop to 400-500 before spiking back up even if i am going 30 mph or so. Lots of constant stalling, and my error code is 51. Is this all being caused by my TPS? I've done a resistance test and there is the proper readings per each connector according to specs. Any help?
