My Maft Pro reads .49v closed and 2.96v open.

I want to compare this per the TSRM. When I look at the page in the link below, part (b) says to use a thickness gauge. What do the hand written thicknesses apply to?

http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?S=FI&P=101

Just need some clarification on that.

Also, I know that the TSRM's values for the TPS open voltage are never reached. So...is 2.96v really a problem?

Thanks...

Just checked it per TSRM and the only reading that doesn't jive is the .9mm measurement between IDL and E2. I get almost the same reading with the .5mm gauge in.

All else is within spec. One thing I did notice when I started checking it was that there was a gap between the throttle stop screw and the stop lever. They weren't even close to touching! Not sure what impact that has on anything...

I fixed that before testing. ;)
