I have the emanage and need to tune it;However my tps is zero'd and set to specs, but when I start the car the emanage shows the signal fluxuating 0-100%. Anyone have this problem, and what did ya do!

sounds like you have the tps wire hooked into the wrong wire....
mine's been working fine (sitting at 0%) although yesterday I noticed its resting at a constant 4% now...
