I saw this thing in a magazine my friend had the other day, I can't remember what the magazine was but they had a Scion tC and put this stuff on it, they said it was like $45 or something like that.

Anyway, this stuff was like some kind of colored tint that you applied with a cotton swab. They did theirs blue and it came out great from what I can see. And the cool thing is that when your headlights are on, they remain their normal color, not the color of the tint.

Anyway, I thought that it was pretty cool stuff, and judging by the difficulty I had finding it on Google without knowing the name, I figured I would mention it here.

Damn, I should just learn to keep my mouth shut.

I make a post about something I thought was interesting and I get called gay, awesome.

I'm sorry about the lack of details, but if you go to the manufacturer website they only say as much as I did. They also have no link as to more information so again I'm sorry.

Also qwikstrike, I wanted to know what your thoughts were on this product, not my terminology or what you think my sexual preference is.

Trial by fire.

Keep a thick skin here.

Oh... and 9 times out of 10... if they're putting it on a tC... then you shouldn't put it on your Supra.

Oh yeah... and I have a tC parked next to my Supra.

Yeah, I'm not really a fan of the tC myself, but it did look pretty cool. And even if I was going to use it I wouldn't put it on my Supra. I don't see much point in tinting the headlights of a car that has them flipped down half the time anyway.

I don't normally see the kind of car its on and base my thoughts of it on that, hell if I see something that I think is cool on a 92 Civic I'll admit it.

Dude I am not calling you gay, but I am calling using the word thing in refference to you car gay. Don't take it personal...I told this to a very close friend who is on this board when he said it. It's a word WOMEN use when they don't have a clue, Gear heads just don't use the word thingy to describe their machines IMHO.

Personally I like the SCion TCs!

Speak of the devil. There's a blue TC with purple tinted headlights around my way and I always wondered what product was used for it. I raced "Her" one day in a saab 9-5 and she blew my doors off. Later, a honda guy told me that tint added 15 horses but I think it was the turbo kit thingy she had. True story except the part about the honda guy. What do the TCs' have for power output?
