Torque spec on main caps and BC rod caps..

Hey guys,
Quick question if you wouldn't mind.

I need the torque spec for a 7M on the main caps, and also the rod caps. The twist is that I have BC rods and I'm not sure if they require a different tq than stock or what.

Any help is appreciated.

the main caps with stock bolts are 75lbs but also do it in proper sequence and also in numerous passes.

OK 75 for the mains, what about BC rods anyone?

I've learned not to trust alldata/mitchell for my tq specs.

I would give BC a call and get the spec. from them.

Don't the ARPs come with torque specs in the box?

if the mains are also ARP they will come with a torque sheet. also as for the rods call BC, to see what its suppose to be at cause im sure they came with ARP just eagles.

If they're ARP 2000 series bolts 3/8-24 thread in those rods torque to 50-55 ft/lbs using engine oil on the threads and under the head.

The spec for the arp in a bc rod is special to the rod and not a ARP spec at all. You need to call BC for the spec. I would venture to say it is 43 ft lbs with moly, but you need to call BC to be certain.
