No, its NOT Top Gear.
It is one of clarkson's DVDs- "Heaven and Hell" I believe is the title of this one.

definitely not. there is less recoil because of the blow back, but there shouldn't be zero gun movement. You've gotta be insanely strong to launch a rocket, and keep the launcher perfectly still.
Jump into the forums, in the video offers section you can find just about anything on the FTPs. Just don't abuse them...
