my supra has a toms badge on the back. i have heard of toms before but the badging looks stock like it came from the factory like that. did toms do inhouse modification to the car or what ??

To my knowledge Tom's never did any aftermarket stuff for the US market. A previous owner probably just bought the badge and stuck it on.

Do you have any Tom's products on your car?

I was going to say it was from a used car dealer. A no charge advertisement they try to stick people with.

Also, I got some TOM's Racing decals for my birthday from my brother. He bought them in this hole in the wall "speed shop" in chinatown.
If applied, they would look like it was a factory option model.
