Why not anything but Tein? I mean Tein may be a small step above Megan and Ksport and such, but it's nothing to really brag about. The best crappy coilovers are still crappy coilovers. But if that's what you want, then just save up for that.
And since you're going to save up for that, just so whatever is the cheapest for you to do now. I would at least get the same springs on all 4 corners, meaning either a full set of lowering springs or a full set of stock springs. Running 3 of one kind of spring and a stock spring is really dumb.
Sleeves and good springs can be a good choice, but I don't know anything about those tokico dampers and if they're good for anything. But you could balance out the car at least. I thought the spring perch was welded onto the tokico's. If it is, you're going to have to do some work to get the perches to sit on there correctly, which might end up being more work than it is worth for those dampers. So I would at least get decent dampers if you're going to go that way.
Or just buy cheap coilovers for now. Then you can sell them next summer if you still want Tein.
Or just put stock springs back on and deal with it until you have the money to do it right.
Those are your two best options right now. Or at least the two I would suggest.
