My motor has been bored .05 over. i have heard that is bad, but how bad?

that would be .050 over. Yes that is the most u can bore it over. Dont screw it up or you will need a new block.

if cut to much you will get poor heat transfer and if you scare the walls that block is toast

just keep it tuned well u shouldnt have a problem. i have seen a few 7m's bored to the max with 2jz pistons in them

keep it in good tune, as justin stated, and make sure your cooling system is up to par, or above par.
