Titan 2.0mm MHG Rivets, Should I remove them? see pics

I've searched and couldn't get a solid response.. It was also mentioned that the new ones have the rivets (brass rings?) problem straightened out..
Could anyone please examine the pics and let me know if I need to remove them?
I just purchased this gasket from www.suprasport.com

lay it against the block it's one of those damn buggers on the passenger side front.

(but it does look fixed.)

Yep...correctly align and lay on the block deck. If a rivet touches, remove it.

Looks like they've extended the gasket where the old one used to touch the block on the front right side.
