Well for starters u need to get no 1 piston tdc. The cams gears have marks on them. These marks need to bo facing up. And well the hard part is the cps. U are actually suppose to mark it before removal. I don't know of an easy way i can only tell u what i did. I kept removing it rotating a tooth and putting back in until I got the car to crank. Then I took a timing light and made sure that it was in time. Before u use the timing light u have to jump to ports on your engine dianostics port. If u search this forum u will find the info. I'm sure some of the other more experience guys will chime in.

use this: http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Library/TSRM/MK3/manual.aspx?Section=IN&Page=1

The search feature on this site is also helpfull.

Hang in there, do some reading, and take your time. crank and cams are prety straight forward cam back plate has match marks to go with the cams and the lower timing cover has degree match marks for your crank pully. The cam position sensor(CPS) has a grove and a hole that have to match up. All should be matched up at 0 with the timingbelt on. After that is done do the proper adjustments in TSRM to get perfect timing or yuor car won't run right.
