timing setting

I recently bought a 88 supra with a bhg ,i buoth a felpro gasket rectificate the head and passed the presurised test,but still have problem with the overheat .i notice that the time is not the correct because I try to set in 10 d but i cant.the time is over the 15:1zhelp:

Your exhaust cam is one tooth too advanced, you need to take off the front black cover and retard the cam one tooth, (turn it counter clockwise one tooth)

^^^ Yabba... Also for giggles, check your codes. Code 51 can make it hard to set the timing, but I don't think that will explain the overheating issue.

i recheked the timing marks and its matched perfectly
