So got a call today from the shop that is tuning my car. He ask me how much boost was I expecting to run and how much power. I told him 18psi at around 400hp. He says that the car is making a lot more power then what he was expecting it to at where its at. So I said what do you mean. He says at just 12psi it made 327hp and 331tq on a Dyno Dynamics dyno and he thinks that the timing might be a little advanced but will check tomorrow. Also I live in Dayton, Ohio and it was 90 degrees today and the humidity was really bad. The worst its been so far this summer. Probably wasn't the best week to go to the dyno. But to late now.

Anyway my question is do these numbers seem to be a little high or about the norm with this set up? Also how far advanced can you go with the timing safely? Not sure what the timing is right now will find out tomorrow.

Well I did some research and it seems that it should be set 10 degrees. Correct me if I'm wrong cause I'm no expert in this area. It will depend on how big the turbo, at what psi I plan on running, and elevation as to whether or not I can advance timing. So with turbo that I'm running and only being 730ft above sea level. What is your guys opinion on how much I can advance the time safely? Or should it stay at 10 degrees? Thanks
