My 7mgte timing belt case is leaking coolant, sometimes it leaks a bunch and sometimes not so much.
1. Has anyone seen a way to install a timing belt case without removing the oil pan? I'm hoping for a 50/50 chance of no oil leak(s).
2. Any possibilities of repairing TB Case crack or pit without removal of case?
Thanks to all in advance.

If your referring to the rear timing cover never seen them crack before.

Also to replace that you would need to pull the head.

Also could be water pump or possible a hose behind the t stat housing that's leaking. Pressure test would confirm that.

Nothing in the timing case will leak coolant. The rear timing cover can leak oil, but afaik no coolant goes through that area. Id check the water pump or the 90* hose behind the water pump for leakage as hvyman suggested.

Yes I was expecting a water pump seal, gasket, or hose leak. My leak is between the lower 2 bolts on the left side of the timing belt case. If I understand this set up the water pump is enclosed by the rear timing belt case/cover and includes the water outlet tube. I thought if the pump gasket failed or metal fatigued coolant could travel to the other section of the rear TB case/cover and settle in the bottom of the case, but I've never taken a Supra water pump off.
The rear TB cover/case was milled on top along with the deck. I applied sealant to this seam where the case meets the block and butts up to the head so I thought the case might slide out from underneath the head.
I will double check this leak and appreciate your suggestions.
