Ticking sound

So I finally got my car started today after 9months of getting things.
Once it started, there was this constant ticking sound. Tick tick tick tick tick tick.........
It sounded as it was coming from around the intake side.
It's a brand new motor. Rebuilt from machine shop.
Any ideas where to look?

I didn't do nothing to the valves. Itsallnstock. I had machine shop put in new valve stem seals though. But before I spun bearing, I put the head back on and there was no tick.
If that makes sense.

I can do it like this.
First what happened was,
Bhg
Had head resurfaced and new seals put in
Put head back on
Ran fine for few weeks
Motor spun bearing
Had bottom end rebuilt
Now everything put back together
Have this tick.

Perhaps a noisy injector? I know my freshly cleaned 560 evo injectors are pretty noisy.

Possible, I've got same inj., even cleaned.
But never had that problem with them injectors until now.
The only thing I didn't have prior to this, was I bought a polished intake from a member here, and took everything off from my old intake and transferred them to the new polished one

I would still check the valve lash. It's possible that whomever installed the valve stem seals got a couple of the shims mixed up while putting them back in. Just check it, and move on if that's not the issue.
