I'm replacing the throwout bearing on the w58 tranny and am having problems attaching it to the clutch fork. The dang TSRM picture is really vague and doesn't show how the clip attaches to the fork.

I'm having a hard time understanding how the clip fits into the fork groove, because it makes no sense to me how the clip is bent away from the fork instead of laterally to actually fit into the groove and assure that the bearing stays attached.
