what do you mean that it is idling rough? describe what your car is doing to the best of your ability and maybe we can help you out better. A TCS doesnt mean much to us, did you mean to say the ISC (idle speed control). When is the last time you did a tune-up to your car? You'd probably be amazed at how the performance of a car can change from something as simple as a complete tune up. Have you checked your grounds? A car can easily act abnormal as hell if the grounds arent tightly and cleanly connected

^^^I second that. Also check to see if there is oil in the spark plug galley. That'll cause it to idle rough. But check the ISC as well. A complete tune up will definitely help.

I would also take a look at the TPS( Throttle position sensor) because I know for me, this little sensor is causeing me a world of hurt. As 1TuffSupra said make sure the car has had a tune-up. Check the plugs, and plug wires, and dont forget the intake. Does it stall when you give it gas or does it just run really rough? If it stalls when you give it gas check that the AFM(Air flow meter) is properly connected. All in all, just go through all the basic things.
