I just put on my 3-inch downpipe...but I had to have a flange for the stock o2 sensor welded on to it...

Well, the muffler shop that I took it to (despite their good reputation) did a shitty job, and the flange cracked as the nuts were being tightened...:nono:

Luckily, the flange has threads in the center, meaning I can use a threaded type o2 sensor w/out problems, instead of taking the dp off and taking it back to the shop for the third time...

I remember reading a while back, that the Mustang sensor from Autozone will work? So which threaded o2 sensor will fit and work correctly?

ok i reread your post after about 20 times and i found that the cracked the flange heh. perhaps you could use a bolt/nut combo with longer bolts and by putting your nuts through the downpipe. iunno thats just me but thats what i would do w/some loctite and everything would be fine no?

Any universal 3-wire bosch sensor will work (as a threaded -- not for stock fitment). You should be paying around $25-$35 for one that is universal. A little more for one that is intended for an application (with a plug on the end of the wires)
