Ok, I found a 1990 MKIII with 5900 miles for $3000... Thats right, that's not a type-o, its a 1990 with 5900 miles on it... For only $3000...

Here's the "too be true" part: the guy who owns this car is in italy, the car is in California... He cant bring the car to italy because it would cost to much to ship and apparently the taxes are obnoxious... He is willing to use an escrow company... And will ship the car to me for free, and give me five days to look it over...

What do you think I should do?
Here is the vin number... Can someone look this vin up for me and see if its legit?

Yeah, thats cars been on craigslist for 2 weeks. I'm local and he wouldn't let me look at it. He wanted a deposit first and then disappeared. It is a nice looking car though.

i had a program called topmail around that lets you reply to anyone from any email addy you type in, for instance like fraud@fbi.gov or whatever fits the case, but im sure its a very evil small program and should never ever be used, EVER... lol there may be penalties for email impersination but what are they gonna do call the cops to see if your lagit??

I saw this beaut on ebay when the original owner posted it there wanting ~$13000 for it. Wow it was nice :aigo: lol i thought id never see a car like mine with so few miles... Well i did dream it but thats a different story.

Anyway, it was a good thing u posted this here before you mightve gotten ahead of urself.
