Thermostat?

K well its time for me to install a new thermostat but i was wondering which temp stat i should install? At my work theres a 192*F one and a 180*F one also, which one would be better for a 87 turbo supra? Answers and comments would be greatly apprieciated

I have the 180* in my 87 Toyota Supra Turbo and it been working out very good for me but in the colder weather you might want to run the 192* because your engine will run at a hotter temperature but I run my 180* in the cold weather and it hasn't given me any problems with the engine temperature or with the heater.
