ok i am redoing everything that i have done with my supra because apparantly it hasnt worked right! so the steps recomended and the trial and error steps are one thing but i want preffered steps! This winter i am focusing on driveline but still a little bit of motor, so i have a 3" BIC downpipe i bought and i have a 3" no cat exhaust. Thats good i know that. how about shimming a waste gate good or bad? performance wise, k&n FIPK= good or bad? whats better i want the most air for my turbo! bov i have a hks ssq so thats good i know, plugs and wires i have NGk and MSD wires those are good, I have an HKS front mount I know that is good I need hard pipes but that is money i dont want to spend right now, lexus afm and 550cc and spex-i safc and afpr i kow are the next big step but thats next year! i need advice on the small things to make this car run as good as possible. also what turbo timer is recomended i have a greddy and im not happy with it! thanks for the help

i shimmed my wastegate and i get 9psi. i also have a hks electronic valve controler, so i can jack it as much as like 17! i run a apexi cold air intake. the k&n just might mess with the maf. saves money in the long run, and the apexi c.i.i. flows more than k&n.

While running straight Downpipe I hit fuel cut in 4th gear... K&N, HKS BOV, BIC DDP. No shims. Boost gauge, PEGGED.

Boost fiend, what kind of fuel mods do you have, or are you saying you could set it to 17psi?
