How hard to replace the shocks and wheelbearings? 86.5 without TEMS. I've searched and have seen that a lot of you have done it and was just wondering how hard/easy it was.
Thanks
Ken
yep, it's basically unbolt/bolt job
Bearings aren't hard, just consumes more time, because you have to remove brakes, then latter on bleed them and so on, but its ~2h job.
It'll be much quicker to take out the rears because you don't have TEMS compared to my job, but the first time took me about 4 hours in/out. I'm noob->moderate in my supra fixing skills. I've done it about 4 times now, and am down to 1.5 hrs to have the set in/out.
Shop time for strut replacement is 1.5 hrs.
Shop time for wheel bearings replacement is 8.8 hrs
