yep looks like it. :bigthumb: thats always a good site to check out. and a word of advice, if you are doing a tune up, i have always found it better if you disconnect everything off the tb except the two heater hoses and pull the tb over the rest of the intake just so you don;t get any coolant in your spark plug valleys. cause in my experience, it threw off my idle, and made my car run like crap. so yeah try that. but thats my idea. some guys may be different. good luck.

Thanks.i have to get spark plug wires that fit properly do to i bought some autolite wires and they don't have like that seal like fit like the toyota wires do.because i opened my radiator cap when she was hot and the radiator turned into a volcano.some of the antifreeze driped into the spark-plug hole and made the tips of the spark-plug look rusty.I saw some ngk spark-plug wires on e-bay.I think they will be better.i also saw a little oil on top of the in the middle of the head on top of the spark plug tray.and i noticed that i have one valve cover screw missing, and i'm low on oil by 2 quarts.i gona buy some cap screws so they are easyer to tighten down the valve covers.versus the hard to tighten phillup screws.what do ya think.could 1 missing valve cover screw make you loose oil over time

if you are debating between autolites and ngk, go with the ngk. thats what i have and i have never had a problem with them. just are as good as the first day i bought them. and yeah i saw them on ebay too. great price i might add. i bought mine from a autoplace where i live two years ago and they where like 75 bucks. so yeah go with either yota's, msd's, or ngk's wires and you won;t have and regrets.

missing cam cover bolts are caused by the washers shrinking. theres a good chance theyll all be loose. if you fit new bolts dont over tighten em.

i would suggest replacing the valve cover gaskets if ur gunna get new screws the rust on the bottom of the plug is prob. just old age not coolant. i bought these plugs called E3s i love them never had a problem but i paid like 65 bucks after a retail discount.

MSD wires, Bosch Platinum +4 plugs, and over 40k miles on them. I changed the valve cover gaskets, and used regular hex head bolts, with a drop of lock tite on the end so that they don't vibrate loose over time. That was over a year ago, and not a drop of oil leaking there. As was previously mentioned, don't over tighten the valve cover bolts. Either you'll break them, or strip the threads out of the head.
