If I put stock tems shocks on a non tems car, will the shocks be on soft mode, middle or hard???

I believe you can set it to what ever you want. You just need to know which way to turn the adjuster.

yea, you can turn the little metal thingy (not sure what to call it) on the top of the shock with some needle-nose pliers...just bounce the car as you turn the metal thingy, and you will feel the damping change dramatically. :)

you can set it to soft or in the middle but if you have it set in the middle and you go around a nice turn fast it makes it harder. If you have big planes for the car i would would get a nice coil overs but if your just gana get springs i would put in tems

How hard is it to convert to leafsprings?

It looks like alot of fabrication will be needed?

No problem at all. You just need to weld on each end to the inside on the wheel wells. It is really easy. I was thinking of converting mine too :)

hmm, i like the look of those. Install should be no problem if you're willing to sacrifice the ability to steer.

Sweet, I want to be the first to do this. Has it been done before? I don't care I just ordered some from summit. I ordered 4, will that be enough?

I think so. Just make sure you get all the welds done or they will break once you hit the nitrous (if you go that route)

listen to Duane about the welding - the weight of the car should be more than enough to keep them in place. (And I'd order another 4...if 1 per wheel works well, 2 should be amazing)
