The TEMS computer is mounted in the rear on the passenger side... if that's what you're referring to then yes, you can remove it, it does nothing else.

There's no TEMS computer in either kick panel however.

So why leave it in then? LOL, It serves no purpose but to be there for no reason, lol.

It aint hurtin nuthin by leaving it in. Maybe I am just too lazy to track mine down and remove it since I don't have tems struts.

It just splices into the TEMS wire running through the kick panel terminal box, the actual computer is in the back, as Jeff points out.

It's a pain in the ass to remove, since you have to take off the interior side pieces to get at it. And to get those out, you have to take out the back seats. And you'll probably break something unless you take off the front seat side covers. I guess you can just bend the crap out of the side panel and get at it, but that's ghetto. :)
