Ok, so recently i signed up on facebook, just like much of the free world has recently. All my friends are on there, and i use it every now and then. But yesterday i go on there and i have a friend request from a dude from my work. I dont like this guy at all, and quite frankley, i dont trust him either. Ive got alot of personal shit there, now nothing i wouldnt tell my friends, but i just like to keep my work life, and my personal life away from each other. Like, this guy will bug me at work until i do add him, and i think the best thing to do would be to tell him that work life and personal life dont get mixed together. Im not at work to make friends, im there to earn a living. Im not crazy right? im being reasonable arnt i?

hahaha, you guys are jirks! Ive already gone through with not adding him, if you guys knew him, im sure you wouldnt either. I should have added that this guy is the biggest idiot ive ever met in my life. Hes almost 40 and he brings in a remote control hover craft to play with on his lunch break, and if he starts talking to you, it wont stop for to an hour, and he tells you the exact same thing over and over again.

I wouldn't add him if you don't like him. Just because he's your coworker doesn't mean he has to be your friend. If he doesn't leave you alone about it, alert your supervisor and tell him this guy is wasting tons of time bothering you about non work related issues.

Does he pester you about it when you aren't on the clock? If so, swift kick in the nuts solves the problem. To top it off, smash his hover craft and he'll hate you forever ;).

I've run into this before, so telling him "I keep my personal life and work life separate" is the best thing to do. That's what i did. However, if you tell him "I'm not here to make friends" can be later twisted by others into "he's not a team player", or "has difficulty getting along with others".

Now what did we talk in the ''Don't fuck with my car'' thread? Think of it, you are him and that's exactly the same toy,as your car is.... Would you really want it?
