I had 890 dollars due. Because in previous years I never made enough for my State to withold any tax and my new employer saw this and figured to put me down as exempt from State tax. Well 2006 I made too much money and now I have to pay all my State tax all at one time. Yay for me...

I got around $1500 back, but that was because I only worked half the year.

Stupid state made me pay taxes on my student loans.. So I only got back 400.. stupid jews.

my job makes it sort of difficult to "get it right"every year is wildly different, but i think the perfect return is 0. i'd rather put the money in my 401k or ira's, than give it intrest free to uncle george.

this years returns, going to pay my house taxes...trading one tax off for another i guess....
