Tanabe Springs

Ok so I edited this original post because of spelling errors.

Is anyone using Tanabe springs and if you are can you post a picture? Also how is the ride quality? Their minimal drop is of interest to me.

I have Tanabe GF-10s. Ride with Illumina-IIs and 35 series 18" tires is stiff. Tanabe GF-10s have the least drop of the aftermarket springs I could find for the A70, about 1.1in front and 0.6in rear. I was able to keep stock alignment settings with these springs.

Your car looks real good. I'll be going back to stock 5-spoke 16's with the Tokico Blues.
Is the ride harsh or just significantly more stiff?

So these springs actually have less of a drop than the eibachs? I thought the eibachs had the least drop but I could be wrong.

Eibachs are supposedly
(Front): 1.5 in = 38 mm
(Rear): 1.0 in = 25 mm

which is bigger than the GF10s. I'd take all of these with a grain of salt though.

That's pretty decent drop, for some reason the eibachs will leave the car slightly higher in the rear but these tannabe seems to have an even drop all around.
Don't want to thread jack but what bbk are you running in the front?

The ride is a bit stiffer than stock, but since this car never had a comfy ride in the first place, the difference is not that big. The one area I would say it is noticeably worse if across road seams where it does seem pretty jarring.

The BBK is Sethron's kit with IS-F rotors and LS400 4 pot calipers.

The jarring over road seams is probable due to having 18's. I'd think with a little more rubber sidewall it wouldn't be as harsh.

I had the 18s before the springs, so it is probably the combination of the two plus the Illuminas are a little stiffer too.

Alright, I guess I am wrong. Good to know. I like the look of a slightly lowered car. At stock pre-89 height I am already close to scraping my driveway and have scraped other places a few times before.
