I have a 1987 Turbo. I installed a Tanabe medalion Exhaust bolted to a LIPP elbow and the down pipe is touching the flooboard near the speedometer cable and at the rear end cross member. Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you fix it?

No problems with clearance, using 3 hangers in the back. (The RT downpipe has no provision to use the front hangar by the transmission mount.)
