taking off intake mainfold

too take the intake mainfold will I need to put the car on jack stands??? the car is sitting on gravel right now so im taking everything off that I can before I have to push it into the garage and put it on jack stands.

I know to take the turbo off I will absolutly need to get it on jack stands( i have done it before a few times)
anything else I can pull before I have to put it on jack stands?(mabye the alternator for now lol??)

No, you don't need to put it on jack stands, not even for the turbo. I have done it myself without having to use any jack stands to do either, turbo removal or intake manifold removal.

how did u get the oil feed lines off then without jacking the car up on the turbo??

NO you dont. pretty much every thing you can see from the top of the motor you can take off from the top

I've never had to put the car on jack stands to take any of that stuff off either... You just need some patience, and an idea of what you are doing when you can't really see what you're taking off.

LMAO I always pull the intake from underneath it's easier working laying on ya back......:nono:
