When I press the brakes, my driver's side lights come one okay, but the passenger ones are so dim that it looks like they are not even working... when they are just turned on to running lights, they all light up okay... Also, I just did the taillight re-wire (by-passed the light failure box) if that amkes ant difference.

And I don't know if this is relevant, but when I push my brakes, all of the lights on the climate control unit turn off (including the digital display), when brakes are realeased, it comes back on...however, it doesn't do this with the lights turned on. Please helpe me...i dont want another ticket.

Sounds like a direct short in the brake light system somewhere. I recently replaced my brake light bulbs and I had the same problem.. One of the new bulbs was bad (Lit up fine but was drawing too many amps) so it was just a matter of swapping one bulb at a time untill I found the bad bulb.

Also, Why would you want to bypass the light failure warning box?

really? you had the same problem with the climate control lights? I by-passed the warning box, because mine was fried from water leaking in to it from the taillight seals, and my rear-running lights weren't working.

Yes, the same thing with the climate lights when the brake was pressed...That's when I realized there was an issue somewhere...
