tach stopped workin

today i was driving and randomly my tach just cut out and doesnt work, all my other gauges work perfectly fine, just my tach stopped workin... wondering if anyone might know whats wrong... thanks

first, where in upstate NY are you?

second, try wiggling the wires on the ignitor. i *think* that is where the tach signal comes from. if not, then wiggle the CPS wires.

yea yea, i have a guy who owns a mk3 and knows them inside and out thats like 15 mins from me... where exactly is hudson valley.. like right around exit 7 or so ?

heh, no. i'm right between exits 19 and 20. (hudson valley is considered anything really around the hudson river, i'm actually in Tivoli)
