from the looks of it you would need some adapters made... I know that they have a t3,t4 adapter plater for the exhaust mani... but I'm not sure about the exhaust side of the turbo... someone else may chime in a prove that wrong... but you should look into the boss series turbo's at suprasport... they bolt right up to our stock mani's and they come with a 2yr warantee...

I don't think you can technicaly consider a car part an investment, but if you are looking for a good bolt on turbo, I here the Boss turbos are great, and Suprasport Jack will help you with the technical questions. He's a great guy.

Hey guys, i was browsing the internet when i stumbled across this http://shiftin.com/showthread.php?t=3498. I was just wondering if that would be a good investment, and if so what kind of work i would have to do to get it to fit my 7m-gte.

That price should be telling you somthing. From what I have heard and seen on other web sites the housings are held on by an epoxy of some type
heres some pics http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1097918

Since people are talking about the Boss turbo, I dont know much about them but I will say all I have ever heard is good and nothing bad, you will see that on the price also. You have to pay to play.

Man those pics are old..........

When will people ever get over the pictures...............

So both of you think that turbo is fine? Anything else I have read does not have pics but there turbos seize up after about 500 miles, and that’s with 10psi on a honda motor. If either of you know someone or have read a positive thread about these turbos please feel free to post. I have a weird feeling I can give you ten bad ones for ever good one you have.

Ask Sethron71, he's been running a T70.
There are other posts on SF on MK4 with the cheap ebay kits making good power and lasting 10K+ miles and still working good. Just seach for them...........
I have heard good things of the T70 as well but the ones with the XSPower stamp I havent

edit: :pinkisool666:I also should add I have never personaly used one or know someone who has so take what I say lightly.
